Shipping Policy

Order processing time: 48 Hours

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times lilke National Holiday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping time:

We have 2 warehouses, one is located in US and another in China.The product details will reveal the goods position. But all cutomized lights are shipped from China.

• USA warehouse: 3-5 days transportation to your address
• China Warehouse: 5-9 days international shipping time, to your address.

Shipping Cost:

• Order value over 200USD, shipping cost is free of charge;
• Order value less than 200USD, extra shipping cost will be charged;
• Custom duty and taxes are already included.

Order Tracking:

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Click here for quick track.

Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website(Fedex, UPS is same way). You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. 

Notice:

We cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 24 hours and reorder with accurate details.

• If the order is canceled by the customer more than 24 hours after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

• If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Anker will not replace the order or issue a refund.
